Here are the rules about mic spamming, So everyone can be clear, I would like all of the admins to read it for a good overall understanding of the rules. Also if anyone finds these rules to be unsatisfactory, they can notify me immediately by posting below.

Anyone can play a sound clip in a concise time period on our servers, or longer if it is indeed funny.
However If more than one or two do not wish to hear the clip, It must be ceased regardless of previous support from other users. If there is a individual complaint about the music, then some one should inform the individual about their mute options in the tf2 menu.

For those who choose to ignore the above rules by Spamming annoying clips that no one wants to hear for a lengthy period shall be muted. Any user that chooses to play a sound that is ear-rape will be warned or muted depending on severity and length of the before mentioned ear-rape.

Any user on our server who makes infractions on these rules with prior knowlege of the consequences, and chooses to spam music anyways will be banned without notice.

Muting/Gagging only lasts for the session, when the map changes or the player reconnects they are no longer muted.
(I'm not 100% sure about the 2nd one).

I revised a rule about that.

If a single player complains he can mute the offending player himself you know.
